About Us

Ofuq AlYusr National is a Saudi firm for law and legal and administrative consulting. Its name speaks of a broad horizon and ease of work: a scholarly horizon (ofuq) that makes the legal position clear before a decision is taken, and a practical ease (yusr) that brings the client to their right with the least hardship.

We work with a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, legal professionals and experts in management, governance and planning, in the belief that many disputes are avoided through good management, and that an administrative decision stands only on a sound legal foundation.

Our Vision

To be, God willing, by the end of 2030 the first leading licensed firm in the Arab world to bring law and management together, delivering integrated advancement that meets the needs of ministries, establishments, companies, institutions and projects.

Our Mission

To contribute to achieving justice, securing rights and perfecting work, with scholarly quality, world-class models and an expert, specialized team, so that goals and aspirations are realized.

How to Start with Us

Four clear steps stand between your first question and the start of work on your matter.

  1. Book your appointment

Choose the practice area, the consultation format (in person, by video or by phone) and a suitable time through the online form.

  2. Answer the needs questionnaire

Brief questions that define the nature and stage of your matter, so the specialist arrives at the session already familiar with it.

  3. Attend the consultation session

The specialist sets out your legal position, the options available and the risks of each in plain language.

  4. Engagement letter and execution

If you wish to proceed, we set out the scope of work and the fees in writing in an engagement letter before starting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Brief answers to what clients most often ask us before first contact.

Do you offer remote consultations?

Yes. Consultations are held in person at the firm’s office in Al Sahafah District, Riyadh, by video, or by phone, as you choose when booking.

Does contacting you or sending documents create an attorney–client relationship?

Representation arises only on signing a written engagement letter or fee agreement that defines the scope of work. Even so, we treat all information and documents we receive in strict confidence.

Before which bodies do you appear?

We appear before the commercial, general, labor and criminal courts, the personal status and enforcement courts, the administrative courts of the Board of Grievances, and quasi-judicial committees such as the zakat, tax, customs and banking committees, as well as arbitral tribunals.

Do you serve companies, government entities and non-profits?

Yes. The Administrative Services & Consulting Department serves ministries, government entities, companies and non-profits in planning, governance, procedures and team building, and the firm is an approved supplier to a number of government entities.

How do you protect the documents I send?

Attachments travel over an encrypted connection and are kept in a protected environment with role-based access, so only the team assigned to your file can see them. Details are in the data protection policy.
